Day 1: Arrival in Jabalpur and Transfer to Bandhavgarh

Arrive at Jabalpur airport and drive to Bandhavgarh National Park (4 hours). Check into your jungle lodge. Evening orientation about the park's ecosystem and wildlife by resident naturalist. Night safari in the buffer zone spotting nocturnal animals like owls, civets, and nightjars. Dinner around campfire with wildlife tales from experienced guides.

Day 2: Bandhavgarh National Park

Early morning game drive in Bandhavgarh, known for having India's highest tiger density. Look for tigers, leopards, wild dogs, and various deer species while exploring diverse habitats. Return for late breakfast. Afternoon visit to local village to understand forest-community relationships and traditional Baiga tribal culture. Day 3: Bandhavgarh to Kanha National Park

Morning game drive in Bandhavgarh targeting areas not previously visited. After breakfast, drive to Kanha National Park (5-6 hours) through rural Madhya Pradesh. Check into jungle lodge. Day 4: Kanha National Park

Full day safari in Kanha National Park, the inspiration for Kipling's "Jungle Book." Morning and afternoon game drives in different zones looking for tigers, barasingha (swamp deer), gaur (Indian bison), and jackals. Day 5: Kanha to Jabalpur and Departure
